Emergency Relief provided
FAITH provides emergency relief to eligible individuals and families with:
- Utility bills
- Prescription drugs
- Food (Kroger grocery/gas card)
- School clothing
The assistance provded by FAITH has limitations in terms of the allowed amounts and how often that assistance can be provided to individuals and families. These limitations will be discussed in the interview with clients at the time they apply for aid.
Only Individuals and families who are residents of Mason, Deerfield Township, South Lebanon, or Shadow Lake in Ohio are eligble for assistance from FAITH Ministries (proof of residency and identify will be required when requesting services).
Individuals and families who need help with rent, utilities or prescription drugs must present eviction notices, shutoff notices, or valid prescriptions. Utilities include water, electric/gas, propane, and fuel oil.
Kroger grocery/gas card recipients must be currently receiving SNAP (Food Stamp) benefits. Warren County Community Services can provide assitance to clients who need to apply for SNAP benefits.Students in need of clothing must be attending the Mason or Kings School Districts and have a recommendation from their School Counselor that is forwarded to Warren County Community Services by the counselor.
