Emergency Relief provided to Residents of Mason and Deerfield Township
FAITH provides emergency relief to eligible individuals and families with:
- Utility bills
- Prescription drugs
- Food (Kroger grocery/gas card)
- School clothing
The assistance provded by FAITH has limitations in terms of the allowed amounts and how often that assistance can be provided to individuals and families. These limitations will be discussed in the interview with clients at the time they apply for aid.
Only Individuals and families who are residents of Mason, Deerfield Township, or South Lebanon in Ohio are eligble for assistance from FAITH Ministries (proof of residency and identify maybe required when requesting services through FAITH).
Students in need of clothing must be attending the Mason or Kings School Districts and have a recommendation from their School Counselor.
Kroger grocery/gas card recipients must present proof that they are currently receiving SNAP (Food Stamp) benefits.
Individuals and families who need help with rent, utilities or prescription drugs must present eviction notices, shutoff notices, or valid prescriptions.
